Business
I have been involved in a number of different retail businesses in the health and fitness industry over the last 20 years. From having my own business, to managing different businesses I have a lot of experience in running a small to medium sized business.
I have worked in relatively large small businesses, and I have started businesses from scratch. My real passions for business lie in the areas of customer service and marketing. One of the greatest challenges for most small businesses is how to bring in more customers, and how to serve them so they keep coming back.
The Internet
I have been involved in internet based businesses for about 5 years now. What started as a hobby has developed into something that consumes a lot of my working hours during the week.
I have a number of my own internet based businesses, and I also work with a number of clients to help them to establish and grow internet businesses. Some of these businesses are purely internet based, and some of them are bricks and mortar businesses that have a website.
No Cash, No Product, No Problem
One of the best things about the internet is that even though you have no cash, and no product, you can be in business. This also presents a challenge for many business owners. How do you get enough leverage to grow a business when you have no cash and no product?
It can be done. I have done it myself. What it takes is alot of time and effort on your part, as obviously you will have to do the greater majority of the work for yourself. Then I would suggest that you may need to invest some of your profits back into your business to continue to grow your business, and to ease your workload.

My family is what is most important to me. I love sport and I love to travel. And I am always up for a new challenge.
